INGREDIENTS FOR SABUDANA POORI -
Sabudana - 1 cup
Boiled potato - 3
Crushed ginger and green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Sendha/ rock salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Sabut jeera / cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Pure ghee - 1 teaspoon
Luke warm water

INGREDIENTS FOR KUTTU AATA POORI -
Kuttu aata - 1 cup
Boiled potato - 2
Jeera powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Sendha Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Pure ghee - 1 teaspoon

INGREDIENTS FOR TOMATO CHUTNEY -
Tomato - 1
Green chilli - 1
Ginger - small piece
Sendha Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon - 1/4 piece
