Paul Field is director of Clarity of Purpose Ltd, and works with IT managers who realise there's something missing in their Agile implementations. Paul has run Agile teams for over 14 years, coached senior management in transforming 100+ person programmes and led Agile adoption globally at a top investment bank with over 10,000 IT staff. He's worked hands-on in the complexities of enterprise environments, distributed teams and large-scale programmes. He has simultaneously trained and practised as a leadership coach for over 5 years, with professional qualifications in clean coaching, and language and behaviour profiling.
