In season two of Prank It!, we "invited" more influential personalities who will be put to the test of being pranked in every episode. The Night Owl Cinematics (NOC) hosts, Zi Jie and Nina, are given 10 obstacles and they will have to direct our planted actors to carry them out successfully during the prank. On top of that, the stakes are heighten as this time round, the two hosts will be given a hidden mission in each episode, which they must complete before the prank ends! Will they be able to succeed? 每一集将会有一位知名艺人被恶整！整人计划进行时，主持人饶梓杰和Nina会使出十种突发状况。若艺人识破整人计划，主持人将遭惩罚！在第二系列里，整人计划的难度加深。两位主持人将会收到秘密任务，并且在计划结束前必须完成！
