For Manchurian Balls:

1 cup cabbage (finely grated)

½ cup carrot (grated)

¼ cup capsicum (finely chopped)

¼ cup beans (finely chopped, optional)

2–3 tbsp spring onion greens (optional)

2 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)

2 tbsp cornflour

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Salt to taste

½ tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Oil for frying


For Sauce/Gravy:-

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

2–3 green chilies (slit)

½ cup onion (diced)

½ cup capsicum (diced)

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp red chili sauce (adjust to spice level)

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp cornflour mixed in ½ cup water (slurry)

Salt to taste

1 cup water (adjust for gravy)

Spring onion greens for garnish.
