From Penns Creek to the Yellow Breeches - 1 Day Fishing ODYSSEY

Описание к видео From Penns Creek to the Yellow Breeches - 1 Day Fishing ODYSSEY

Starting my morning in the beautiful Bald Eagle State Forest in Central Pennsylvania, I fished a 1 or 2 mile section of remote(ish) Penns Creek. As most know, Penns Creek is PA's largest Limestone Spring Creek and contains a really excellent population of medium to large sized Wild Brown Trout. After slingin 5 or 6 Browns up to 15 or so inches, I attempted (unsuccessfully) to fish a Trib with my fly rod and then headed back to homewaters of South Central PA. Later that day, I fished a highly under-fished section of the Yellow Breeches which surprisingly had some nice holdover and even Wild Trout. Nice little 1/2 day odyssey.
