If you collected the pumpkins last Halloween, you'll need to gather the new 10 pumpkins in The Town to earn the achievement and the robe. From what I understand this is because the robe was a "collectible" before and not tied to an achievement. This meant that players who wiped their game data would also lose their robe. It is now tied to the Jacked achievement though so you will NOT lose your robe when wiping the game data. I've included my original 30 pumpkins in this video but with a map overlay showing where each pumpkin is located to help those of you who may find that more helpful than a description of the location.

Good luck finding your pumpkins and if you have any issues with following my guide - let me know in the comments! For those wondering why I did The Town first - that is because those of you who did it last year and only need to collect the 10 pumpkins won't have to watch the whole video to find the ones you need!
