This trophy is glitched, and I had to playthrough the PAL version to get it. Thankfully, it didn't take very long, around two and a half hours or so. I played on Easy and just sped through the game until the England level.

** To be specific, if you are having issues with this trophy, it's a good idea to play through the game on the PAL version. I understand if you don't want to play through the game again, though. I'm sure this trophy will be patched eventually, but for now, the PAL method is the best.
