INGREDIENTS :

For Boiled:
* Chickpeas (Chana daal) - 350g
* Salt - ½ tsp
* Water - 800 ml

For Cooking :
* Oil - 3 tbsp
* Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
* Cinnamon Sticks - 2
* Cloves - 3
* Cardamom - 3 pods
* Medium Onions - 2
* Salt to taste
* Ginger + Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
* Medium Tomatoes - 2
* Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
* Crushed Chilli - ½ tsp
* Red Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
* Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
* Dried Plums - 4
* Chicken Stock - 1
* Green Chillies - 2 or 3
* Ginger - 2 inches (cut slices)
* Coriander Leaves
* Water - 150ml
* Garam Masala - ½ tsp
* Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
