EDIT: It seems a lot of people are asking about the reason of two executables in the game folder. This is default per the Steam version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002), which is not the same version as Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Definitive Edition. The 2002 version comes with two executables per the default installation of the game. This video was made before the Definitive Edition existed and is about the 2002 version.
