The Donor Games Open is an at-home fitness competition for living donors, transplant recipients and interested athletes. In the Balanced Craw, competitors have 2 minutes to complete a maximum number of unbroken standing overhead strict press reps at a designated weight (115 pounds for men, 75 pounds for women), followed by a maximum number of strict pull-ups.
