What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a term used to describe a pleasant, tingling sensation that typically starts at the scalp and spreads down the neck and spine. This phenomenon is triggered by gentle auditory or visual stimuli and is strongly associated with relaxation and a sense of well-being.
