In this in-depth discussion, we sat down with Nikodem Skrobisz of Ave Europe, a newly forming pan-European federalist party, to explore what European federalism can realistically look like in the 21st century. We talked through the different possible paths toward federalisation, the institutional models they find viable, and how their vision differs from both today’s EU and past federalist proposals.
