I didn't even knew that there was a R* event, but when I looked to the profile of my friend, it said "GTA Race: ?/32". So I joined and it was really the event xD

Resolution: 1920x1080;
FPS: 50-80 FPS (Can vary);
Bit Rate: 20.000.000 - 25.000.000* (For small videos)
Software Used: Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0, Fraps 3.4.7.

Make sure you hit "subscribe" button, if you want to see very smooth videos with 1080p, and no rubbish videos...
