Who knew making some splash guards was as easy as it is. The hard part was trial and error. I tried do bend it in the oven but Lexan did not work as well as plexiglass. The process is simple,
1. Make a template
2. Trace on Lexan
3. Cut lexan
4. Place in a metal break or make attach some wood together to get a clean bend.
5. Slowly heat and keep pressure until it starts to bend.
6. Drill support holes and install.
Now patience is needed as well. Take your time with the process and it should turn out.
