Dipika Shrestha was awarded with ‘2019 President’s Award for Excellence in Leadership’ by the LCU Fund for Women’s Education on Nov. 6, 2019.

She has been awarded for her role in helping immigrant communities through her podcast.

As per the organization, “Through her prior work with the BBC, Dipika established herself as a global voice for immigrants authoring a unique podcast addressing the simple challenges of daily life in the community of recent arrivals of the United States.”

‘At the End of the Day’ is the podcast by Anuz Thapa and Dipika Shrestha, a Nepalese couple currently based in New York City. Both were media personalities in Nepal. They are now pursuing their career in the US.
