Float Fish for and Catch, Clean, Fillet, and Cook Garfish - Great Fun and Tasty Free Food

The autumn is a great time in Cornwall UK to go shore fishing for Garfish otherwise known as Needlefish or Long Nose with plenty around and float fishing is a fantastic fun way to catch them. Garfish are good to eat and I set out to harvest some for the table. I have a great time on a beautiful still autumn day and a real pleasure to at the Cornish seaside fishing. Back home I prepare the Garfish and cook using a tasty Garfish recipe. There is a special guest appearance at the end of the video (a fun video outro) from “she who must be obeyed”. Bon Appétit!
