Sour Berry Margarita by Mr. Consistent

For cocktail lovers with a little sweet tooth!

What You Need:
•Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
•Mr. Consistent Sours Mix
•Berry Compote - 300g
•Gin - 30ml
•Vodka - 300ml
•Sparkling Rose *Optional
•White Sugar - 1/4 Cup
•Muddler
•Cocktail Shaker
•Cocktail Strainer
•Fine Strainer
•Jigger
•Ice

Method:
1: Prepare
Make the Berry Liqueur:
• Combine 300g of Mixed Berry Compote and 300ml Vodka in a mason jar.
• Shake thoroughly to combine.
• Add ¼ cup White Sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved
• Strain and discard solids

2: Create
• 15ml Berry Liqueur
• 30ml Gin
• 60ml Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix
• 15ml Mr. Consistent Sour Mix

3: Serve
• Add ice and shake vigourously.
•Double strain into cocktail glass.
•Garnish with Mr. Consistent florals.
(Optional) After shaking, add sparkling rose
