FFXIV 6.3 Alexander: The Burden of the Son (Savage) A8S MINE Clear: Sage (SGE) PoV (No Commentary)

Note: This was done on Patch 6.3, before the 6.4 update that gave range buffs to many of the Healers skills. Granted not that they seem to help much with this fight from what I've been told. Also before the changes to the Height Error damage that was done in 6.58.

This is widely considered to be one of the most brutal and difficult Savage raids in FFXIV, on par with the Ultimate Raids (And surpassing UWU for some). It demands a lot out of everyone, and a single mistake can easily lead to a wipe either almost immediately or later on.

The Samurai dying on the final phase is actually on purpose. A random DPS given a debuff called Water Compression (which you might remember from A6S), and to skip the mechanics surrounding that debuff, they purposefully run into the mine to die which removes the debuff without any penalty, making things a bit more easier on the rest of us.
