Looking at the chart on the daily timeframe and zooming in to lower timeframes, I think we are likely still in wave 3 and about to start the 5th wave within.
Price target for that move is in the high 5's right around the daily 200 DMA.
Then we would get a pullback to 5.50ish, and then one more move higher to likely the 50 DMA on the weekly timeframe around 6.60.
If this plays out prior to earnings I would look for a sell the news on earnings. If we get a 4th wave going into earnings I would look for the 6.60 target to be hit and potentially unlimited upside depending on how good earnings are.
The bearish scenario is that this is an ABC move still to the high 5's with an extended C wave. In that case I would look for it to hit the 200 DMA on the daily and then start the final move down to new ATL's. That would require the overall market to selloff big time over the next month or two.
