📖 Description / વર્ણન

📢 👨‍👧 પત્નીની પ્રસૂતિ દરમ્યાન કે છ મહિનાની અંદર પુરુષ કર્મચારીઓને પંદર દિવસની રજા મળશે.
📢 👨‍👧 Male employees will be eligible for fifteen days of leave during or within six months of their wife's delivery.

📢 🏫 રાજ્ય સરકારના શિક્ષણ વિભાગે ફિક્સ પગારના અધ્યાપકોને પણ આ લાભ આપવા નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.
📢 🏫 The State Education Department has decided to extend this benefit to fixed-pay college teachers as well.

📢 📜 આ નિર્ણયથી રાજ્યની 378 ગ્રાન્ટેડ કોલેજોના 12,600થી વધુ ફિક્સ પગારના શિક્ષકોને લાભ મળશે.

📌 📚 લાભ કેવી રીતે મળશે / How Benefit Will Be Given

🔹 કર્મચારીઓ પોતાની પત્નીની પ્રસૂતિ પછી 6 મહિનાની અંદર કોઈપણ સમયે રજા લઈ શકે છે.
🔹 Employees can avail this leave anytime within six months after the birth of their child.

🔹 રજા દરમિયાન પગારની કપાત નહીં થાય અને સંપૂર્ણ પગાર સાથે રજા મળશે.
🔹 The leave will be paid, and the salary will not be deducted during this period.

🔹 વિશેષ સંજોગોમાં પ્રસૂતિ પહેલાં પણ 15 દિવસની રજા મળી શકે છે.
🔹 In special circumstances, 15 days of leave may be granted even before delivery.
