Adam Martin manages my wholesaling team currently doing over $100,000/month and today he explains the difference between being a wholesaler and building a wholesaling business.

A lot of real estate investors kind of stumble into this concept backwards. They start dabbling with wholesaling because lead generation is important to their own real estate business and they may start to get more leads then they need or leads on properties that don't necessarily fit into their business model and at some point in time they come across the question, 'should I build a wholesaling business?'

Today Adam explains how we took our wholesaling hobby and turned it into a full-fledged business!
