Sydney 4K Virtual Walking Tour: Chatswood NSW, Westfield Chatswood, Street Market, Chatswood Chase

Today let me take you on a virtual walking tour of Chatswood, 12 km (8 miles) north of the Sydney CBD.

According to Wikipedia, Chatswood is a major business and residential district in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. It is the administrative centre of the local government area of the City of Willoughby.

A lot of Chinese and Korean people live in Chatswood. Japanese live in the next door suburb called Artarmon. There are a lot of Australian Australians too in Chatswood.

We start at the train station, then visit the food/other market which is on every Thursday and Friday (from afternoon-ish until the night). Some nice food stalls from all over the world, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, etc.

After eating virtually, we go into Westfield, which is a large shopping centre with locations throughout Australia.

Outside Westfield is an outdoorsy place called The Concourse. It houses the 5000 sqm Chatswood Library, a 500-seat theatre, a 1,000-seat concert hall, an outdoor lawn with artificial grass (so it looks nice all year round) and a real tree (I think), as well as multiple cafes and restaurants all around it.

A tiny bit further from The Course is another shopping centre called Chatswood Chase. This is more upmarket than Westfield and the expensive brands I can't afford tend to be located here. Apple Store is here too. David Jones is here (Myer is in Westfield).

Then I got tired and ended the video... haha... actually a security guard for some reason asked me to stop filming...
