Since I discovered the InstantPot, I don’t cook Turkey in the oven anymore. It cooks it to perfection.
In this video I’m demonstrating to you how I cook one Turkeybreast in the InstantPot. If you are cooking two Turkey breasts together at the same time (which is possible) increase the time by 15 additional minutes and for the Turkey leg quarters as well. Same method…

Turkey Breast (2lb)
4-6 chopped Carrots
2-4 chopped Celery Sticks
One Sweet Onion (Cut into 4)
2 Garlic Cloves (whole)
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Vegetable broth
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp All Spice
1 bay leaf
