Imperativa Records contracted me to direct, shoot and edit 4 music videos featuring an up and coming vocal singer by the name of "Lindsay Solo". The first one one is a new cover of the song "Bridge Over Troubled Waters".

The direction was to make it as close to a live performance as possible despite it being shot in a large recording studio space. There was no audience, and all camera work faced the band. There was lighting by my crew as well as in-studio overhead lighting designs that were utilized. However, it was still not enough when we saw the RAW footage.

I decided to apply a variety of optical flares and glares throughout the edited video once a final edit was locked down. Using Video Copilot's Optical Flares plugin, nearly 90% of the final footage has some form and level of optical flares and glares applied.
