This is a compilation of Xavier's hits throughout the 2015 Arena's Deli Sizzling Showdown 14u Tournament at Sports at the Beach in Rehoboth, DE. The "X-Man" stayed hot batting in the #4 spot, collecting 7 hits in 15 at bats, 2 HR's, 4 RBI's, 1 Sac Fly and a walk in the 4 day tournament.

Day 1-
Long Island Whalers vs. North Shore Vikings (W) 8-0
Long Island Whalers vs. Bloomfield Bombers (L) 6-7
Day 2-
Long Island Whalers vs. Backyard University Gamers (L) 10-7
Long Island Whalers vs. Newburgh Knights (W) 13-5
Day 3-
Long Island Whalers vs. Hit Club Red (W) 4-2
Long Island Whalers vs. Gators Baseball (W) 6-5
Day 4- Quarter Finals
Long Island Whalers vs. Bloomfield Bombers (W) 15-1
- Semi Finals
Long Island Whalers vs. Backyard University Gamers (L) 12-10

Xavier pitched game 3 against the Backyard University Gamers and got the loss. But he did prove to be a big arm for his Whalers team going against a true 14u team. He kept them off balance with his change up and curveball and kept his team in the whole game but the Whalers could not hold off the offensive power of the Gamers team from Pennsylvania. The Whalers put up a huge fight in the semi-finals against a bigger and older Gamers team and wind up losing the game on a heartbreaking walkoff 2 run homer in the last inning.

All in all, it was a great experience for Xavier and the Whalers team to be able to compete competitively against older 14u teams. They held their own and only proves to be a great learning and growing experience for all of the boys.
