Eggless Nutella Overload Cake Recipe ❤️

We recently crossed 200k on Instagram, and It was a truly special occasion for me,so I had to celebrate It with the best cake possible! Hence I made this 🍰 cake!

The recipe is made with no butter, no condensed milk no eggs, and no curd!

Ingredients-

Nutella Cake sponge -

180 ml milk or 3/4 cup
54 g oil or 1/4 cup
150 g Nutella or 1/2 cup
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g or 1 cup all purpose flour
(maida)
2 tsp baking powder
40-50 g hazelnuts(optional)

Sugar syrup -
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup water

240 g non dairy whipping cream
120 g Nutella


Bake In a prehated oven at 170 C for 15- 20 minutes



For the Nutella frosting-
Ingredients -
240 g non dairy whipping cream
120 g Nutella
