This is a silent vlog filmed at Winterbourne House and Garden which is la part of the University of Birmingham. As a student at the university, I’m fortunate to have free access to this space one that has gradually become a personal refuge for quiet contemplation :))
Silence and tranquility occupy a central place in how I experience and understand the world. To live, and to live in the moment. Winterbourne is where I go to recalibrate, to momentarily step away from noise, urgency and constant articulation. For this reason, the vlog exists without voiceover or music as any added sound would compromise the integrity of the moment and disrupt the quiet poetry of time unfolding undisturbed.

The gardens are expansive and carefully curated and the place also features a serene lake which I deeply adore, along with an abundance of flowers, trees, and winding paths :)) There is something profoundly peaceful about being here, about observing rather than narrating, inhabiting the present rather than performing it. Whenever I feel the need to pause, to breathe, or to reclaim a moment for myself, this is where I return!!
