Episode 138: Hustle, Loyalty, The Disrespect

We are back after the 4th of July holiday! You get a full hour of straight shoot! This episode is what the show is all about, arguing and yelling at each other over sports, wrestling and life.

We start the episode talking about baseball. Joey K’s Phillies are undeniably the best in baseball right now, but there is still a second half of the season to go!

We dive into wrestling by cashing in on the storylines from MITB. Are you a Punk fan? Do you like the MITB match/concept? Did Sami have to win? Do you like the shorter PLE’s?

We briefly hit AEW and the lack of interest in it. Case in point All Out is in a smaller venue this year. We don’t spend much time here, but it is a good conversation on the trajectory AEW.

This spun into an MJF debate that got heated! It’s a must listen! Let us know do you agree is MJF undersized and wouldn’t do well in WWE or is he a generational talent and will flourish? During this moment we start talking different wrestlers marketability vs in ring ability.

We talk Cena’s farewell. This got crazy! Some of us thanked Cena and one of us buried him. Do you think Cena deserved the 16 championships? Should he win one on the way out? Who should he face? Will he be considered an all time great?

As we start to transition to the finish, One of the guys takes a moment to shoot on the Undertaker and Summer Slam.

We wrap up the show with a little UFC and Jake Paul! Of course we hit the disappointment that was UFC 303, but we get to the excitement of Platinum Mike Perry vs Jake Paul!
