Ingredients:
For Homemade Tortilla:
Atta - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking Powder -1/3 ts
Warm water

For Thecha Paneer :
Oil - 1tbsp
Green Chilli - 3-4
Garlic Cloves - 10-12
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Peanuts - 1/3 cup
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 200 gm

For lachha Pyaz
Pyaar - 1
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala -1 /2 tsp
Salt -1 /4 tsp
Lemon Juice -1 /2 tbsp
