In this video we will study about the fundamental duties of the citizens of India. There are a total of eleven fundamental duties in the Article 51A of the constitution. These were brought on the recommendation of the Swarn Singh committee report by the 42nd amendment Act 1976.
Fundamental duties is not justiciable in court of law. But on the basis of it Laws can be passed.
