This 3100 steps dance workout is for anyone who loves to dance as a form of exercise. I've added in moves to target the various muscles in the body to help tone and sculpt the body, especially the arms. This low impact fat burning workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. Have fun with the workout and think of it more as a dance party rather than it being exercise:)
