Anjar, an exceptional village that should be visited during winter, Avo from Ohaness joined me to spend this day together.
Avo prepared the breakfast, some Armenian sujuk, and eggs, it warms because it has a lot of fat.
At Furn Coco, we had Manouche for a minimum of 2 persons, very relaxed dough, and the thyme and cheese are perfect.
Anjar Citadel is a must-visit, and you can find old mills.
We visited a trout farm, and we tasted raw fresh trout from cold water.
The Armenian artisanal prepares handmade products to collect money for the NGO, 200 volunteers work for this NGO.
Traditional Tannour bread is made with wood fire, ready to be eaten with yogurt or cheese.
Ended the day with Avo again, and he prepared a nice barbecue with tasty kabab.
