The Dragon & Tiger also serves as your essential weapon shop. It serves the following functions:

Equipment Search - This is basically what this entire section is focusing on, so read on and look at the video for more info. Overall, it's about sending out agents for weapons/parts in other countries. Use the 2 talisman for better results, plus putting in a budget of 10 million yen - 1 billion yen, is when the search results are almost 100% guaranteed. You'll be able to tell by looking to your right with all the parts/items turning to 99 .

Buy Equipment - You can purchase an item from the shop. What you can buy is entirely dependent on what you've held in your inventory. As long as it's a piece of equipment that's been in your inventory at some point (either Kiryu or Majima), then you can purchase a spare here. You don't even need to have bought it here. If you received an item as part of a substory or bought it at another shop, it will appear here.

Craft Equipment - You can use parts to craft equipment that you either already have for purchase or have a recipe for. It will always cost considerably less to make the item than it is to straight up buy it, but I personally suggest conserving those parts for items you get recipes for, in case you'd rather craft them instead of hoping to luck out on a search.

Sell Equipment - You can sell back any equipment items you don't need. Make sure that the item isn't necessary for another recipe before you do, of course. Also, try not to sell items that are irreplaceable.

Repair - For a percentage of the cost of the item, you can repair any used items in your inventory and item box up to full strength. How much it costs depends on how much it was used, up to 50% of the cost of the item. There's a CP Reward that knocks that max down to 25% of the cost of the item.

Recipes - Make sure you note when an Equipment Search returns if your agent has actually found the item or if they've simply found the recipe for it. Recipes tend to show up more often than the Items themselves in a search, particularly if the item is more powerful or rare. The good news is that once you get a recipe, you won't get additional copies of it when you do any other searches, so that's one less thing to worry about. Once you have said recipe, you can either try again on the search and hope you get the actual item or set to work searching for the parts for crafting it.

Remember, you actually NEED the recipe to craft the item.
