NASA's brand new James Webb Space Telescope just beamed back these incredible images of NGC 604, a wild place where giant baby stars are blasting out of their dusty cocoons. These aren't your average newborns – some of these monsters are over 100 times more massive than our sun!

How exactly do these beasts come to be? That's a million-dollar question astronomers are trying to crack with Webb. These images are giving us an unprecedented look at the crazy world of star formation, helping us understand the universe's secrets and our place in it.
