Hello guys note 1 kg little kabab recipe for home kitchen.

beef..............500g
bengal gram.....300g
water.......500ml
salt to taste... 1 tbl spn
turmeric.....1 tea spn
red chilli powder.......1 tea spn
coriander powder......1/2
cumin.......1/2 tbl spn
round red chilli......5
green chilli paste 1 tbl spn or 7 chillies paste.
ginger paste...... 1 tbl spn
cook to all spices with meat and bengal gram for 45 mnt
chop your all spices.
coriander leaves......3 tbl spn
egg........ 1
bread crums as per requairment....
ghee as per requairment...
egg.................2 for dep fry coating
