Some seasons are special for particular items grown. The dishes related to the items grown are prepared and enjoyed is confined to that season. Here we show a recipe of the curry by using tender cashew and ivy gourd. March and April is the season of cashews and this is the time to enjoy rare and healthy dish by using tender cashews. The curry is very simple but gives a rich taste. Main thing to be take care while cutting tender cashews is the gum coming from their skins. That will be dangerous to our skin. These don't require much time to cook. Just drop them into boiling water. Cook the cashews and ivy gourd pieces separate and finally add tempering and a simple masala shown in the video. If tender cashews are not available, you can use ordinary cashew nuts instead of them.
