The UA Flow Dynamic is a training shoe designed to have an edge for hybrid-style training and working out.

As someone who regularly programs hybrid-style workouts, I was intrigued by this shoe and I was excited to put them to the test. How would a training shoe with a running bias for cross-training and lifting?

Overall, I haven't been that impressed with the UA Flow Dynamic regarding its performance and construction.

It does an okay job for running and casual training, but I think there are areas where this shoe could be improved to make it more well-rounded.

For example, for versatile training, this shoe's upper lacks adequate security for multi-direction exercises/advanced plyos, and its outsole lacks grips on surfaces like turf.

While this model may work for some, I think the vast majority of athletes and lifters will get more opting for different shoes.
