How to unlock Izanami Forge:

Kill vex on Nessus for a drop to start the quest - any Vex on Nessus
Kill 100 more vex
Do the Heroic Spire Integration Public Event in The Hallows
Kill 20 Minotaurs - Artifacts Edge has a Minotaur that spawns and the lost sector does as well
Go to the Izanami forge area and fight the Vex boss after you scan 3 confluxes
Take the broken forge igniter to Ada-1
Fix the igniter with 3 heroic public events (these can be done anywhere but must have the heroic triggered)
Fallen glimmer extraction
Witches ritual
Spire Integration
Fix the refurbished igniter
30 Fallen precision double kills
Collect 5 Blights on io formn lost sectors (The Sanctum of Bones in The Rupture works well)
Radiolarian vapor - “rekindle the flames” mission
Repower the igniter in Volundr forge
Take igniter to Ada-1
Complete the Advanced “The Insight Terminus” strike modifiers below (I recommend a fireteam)
Extinguish
Void
Grenadier
Reignte the Izanami forge - Kill the Vex Boss again (can solo this)
Return to Ada-1
Get bow frame, do forge, PROFIT
