Awaress lang sa mga kapwa ko riders. Hindi ko lang nakuhaan ng video. Pinapabaklas ni Sir HPG yong auxiliary lights ng scooter ko kasi kung hindi, titikitan daw nila ako. Pero as per Land Transportation Office (LTO) Memorandum (March 15, 2016)

SUBJECT: Rules and Regulations Concerning Motorcycle Lights

8. Auxiliary Headlamps

a. shall be wired independently and shall have separate switches.
b. shall be directed downward but in no case towards the left side of the vehicle.
c. must be white or selective-yellow in color.
d. shall be mounted in such a way that it will not be disturbed by vibrations or shocks.
e. must not be operated on well-lighted streets within the limits of cities,municipalities and thickly populated barrios or districts or wherever such vehicle meets another vehicle on public highway.
f. A maximum of two (2) auxiliary or supplemtary lights/lamps are allowed.
g. A maximum of six (6) bulbs or supplemtary light/lamp is allowed and shall not be combined as one or installed or placed side by side as a bar.
h. Deviation of optic axis direction shall be at least twenty (20) cm downward at ten (10) meters forward.
i. shall be installed not higher than the handle bars of the motorcycle or scooter.
j. Auxiliary or supplemtary lights/lamps cannot be used as replacement to the headlamp.

Use of LED or HID lights/lamps is allowed as long as it adheres to the parameters above-mentioned.
