SAMVEDANA : Harmony in Unity

An initiative by the popular dance duo Nirupama and Rajendra, SAMVEDANA features a unique collection of Sanskrit Shlokas recited by dancers of Abhinava Arts Centre, Bengaluru.

Chanting is a combination of sound, breath and rhythm that channelizes and aligns one's energy. It creates calmness in mind and brings clarity in speech. It also helps in better concentration and better understanding on the three aspects of the world of matter, world of divine, the world of philosophy and spirituality. The aural energy of a chant makes the human physiology release hormones of joy and peace! Thus, making the process of chanting a sublime art.

In the time of pandemic, Nirupama and Rajendra from Abhinava Arts Centre, Bengaluru are presenting to the world this beautiful gift of eternal chants woven together in ethereal music, to specially benefit every student attain better focus and learning power. When made into a life practice, these Shlokas have the power to equip the future generations to stay balanced while facing life's challenges.
