today im making pork belly two different ways. I've been obsessed with slowly cooking meat lately so every meat I touch is getting it lmao set the porkbelly at 250F in my toaster oven on bake. I love the wet brine it turned out great super juicy. need to re try the dry brine I didn't do it properly :P
