In this video, I finally formally introduce an upgrade kit that has been in production since the fall of 2022: my stainless steel Disc Fix Kits for Bowflex® SelectTech® 1090 & 552 S2 Dumbbells.

They're not inexpensive, and they're currently only available in very limited quantities. If you want the best of the best of any replacement discs on the market today, you just found them.

For those of you interested in how much the discs weigh per dumbbell handle, here ya go:

0.60 lbs - 552 Series 2 OEM discs
1.26 lbs - 552 Series 2 AJI 3rd Gen aluminum discs
4.08 lbs - 552 Series 2 AJI 3rd Gen stainless discs

1.90 lbs - 1090 OEM discs
1.72 lbs - 1090 AJI 3rd Gen aluminum discs
5.08 lbs - 1090 AJI 3rd Gen stainless discs

Note that I haven't updated my website yet with stainless product photos, but you'll find these Disc Fix Kits listed in the product sections as well as on my order form. Get yours while supplies last. My next production run is likely this winter, so new stainless disc inventory won't arrive until a few months into 2024 at the earliest.
