The purpose of this boat trip was to observe bats. At first we were a little skeptical, because you don't usually see these creatures. But it turned out that once you learn to find them, there are lots of them flying above the river. The only problem now is that we seem to see them everywhere! At least they don't drink blood unlike some species who live in South America...
