To grind -
1 cup grated coconut, white part
4 cashews
2 - 3 green chillies
small piece of tamarind
Salt
Water

To temper -
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
curry leaves
hing/asafoetida

Variations:
1. Adjust water quantity depending on how thick or thin you want the chutney to be.
2. Adjust amount of green chillies on the level of heat preferred.
