About - This channel is an ongoing Autoethnography and art-based project dedicated to exploring the world through the lens of the Self.
It is a space where I journal my life events, thoughts, and mental states in various forms (prose, poetry, rants, etc.)

About Me:
I (Anusri Biswas) earned my Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Psychology, and English from Christ University, Bangalore, along with a decade-long experience as a content/copy/scriptwriter following that.
Having battled with addiction and mental health issues like depression and anxiety most of my life, and then coming across "spirituality" that helped me overcome them to a great extent, I am here trying to understand human practices and thought processes from an analytical and logical point of view.
I plan to learn more about Autoethnography (A term that made so much sense) to fine-tune my ways to attain bias and conflict-free work.
Thus, I welcome constructive tips and advice from academics on the same.
