Trust is a two-way street. Culture is a two-way street.

We need to make sure we're communicating with the ones who are at home what it is they can expect either when they return to work or what's happening on a day-to-day basis with the organization.

Creating that culture of trust is critical because it has ripple effects to what happens in your business a year or two down the road. Will you keep your best people? Will they go over and above your organization? What is it that you offer to them that they feel like they're being trusted while they are at home? Think about and consider what you are doing as a leader of your organization to create a culture of trust, and to make sure that you're doing your part as well.
