Welcome to the third of three parts of our Virtual Mock Trial - Closing Statements and Comments. After hearing about a remote trial coming up we realized we had more questions than answers to how the proceedings would be affected by this. So we decided last weekend to run an entire Mock Trial remotely via zoom.

We had a Defense Attorney (Michael Schonbuch), a Plaintiff Attorney (Michael Alder), a California Superior Court Judge (The Honorable Brian Hill), 4 Witnesses and 8 Jurors.

It was an interesting experience and we'll be creating a Survey that we'll make available after the last video is posted next Thursday. We look forward to hearing your opinions and feedback. Thank you for watching.
