Greene Land and Home recently sold this home in July of 2024 for $145,000. It was originally listed at $189,000, and when I showed it to my client the price had been dropped to $169,000. The home had been on the market for months, partially due to the fact that it was overpriced for our area, lending rates were high and the photography didn't do the home justice. We were able to negotiate a great deal for our client, who is excited about being right across the street from Carson Park in Stilwell.
