Prawns Aloo Tehri  | From Home made Pulao Recipes

Ingredients:

Jeera  rice – 300 gm or 1 ½ cups

Prawns – 200 gm, marinated with ½ tsp salt for 15 minutes 

Onion – 2 medium size chopped 

Tomato – 1 medium size chopped 

Green chilies – 2 slit

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Fresh mint – 3 tbsp, chopped

Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp, chopped

Lemon juice- 1tsp

Sugar- 1tsp

Ghee – 50 gm or ¼ cup

Oil – 25 gm or 2 tbsp

Water – 650 ml or 2 cups, hot water 

Salt – 1 ½ tsp (adjust accordingly)

Premix – entire 25 gm ( link of this  Pulao Premix is in the description box below)

This version will give you a less spicy, aromatic, ghee-rich restaurant-style prawns pulao.
