In this video I'm going to show you how you can quickly and easily create a beautiful flamingo birthday cake using chocolate. We'll make a template, colour the chocolate and learn how to make the flamingo head and body. To finish it off we'll create some free-hand chocolate feathers, and then assemble our creation.

Things that look amazing really don't have to take hours. This is a basic concept you can use for lots of different cake designs.
